Chicago,that toddling town!......... Went to school there from K all the way to College(Chicago Technical College) and it was and I'm positive it still is controlled by graft........ Everything is done,especially school lunches by who you know and how much your willing to pay to get the contract.......... Believe me when I say I know from my relatives that worked for the city that's the only way it operates......

I believe that SF is a 'calling' - not too different from the calling missionaries I know received. I knew instantly that it was for me, and that I would do all I could to achieve it. Spot on Big Teddy. This city is getting more ridiculous by the day. If I had kids I'd pull 'em out and move to the 'burbs.

I am sure once Rahm Emanuel takes office in May that he will return honesty, honor and dignity to the Chicago Mayors office.
Good things are in store for Chicago; no crisis will be ignored.
