You apparently didn't watch my Wings clean house tonight. Datsyuk even had a good ol' Gordie Howe hat-trick!

That was excellent, although Pavel is probably now out of the running for the Lady Bing. He held his own against Perry who had quite a size advantage.

Let's go WILD!

According to the Little Dude . . .
If it weren't for Baseball the National Anthem we have now probably would not be very popular. We had Baseball before we even had the National Anthem song.

Been looking for a good deal on an old Mercedes 240D w/manual transmission for a few years.

Just bought one for $850 twenty minutes ago.
Interior is pretty crummy, but the mechanicals are outstanding and it runs like a sewing machine!

Now I can scoff at Nmap's doomerism with regards to peak oil and "one second after".

A very good friend just completed the selection course for the U.S. Marshals Special Operations Group. 60 folks started and 11 were selected after the one month course. There was never a doubt in my mind.

Ammo in the locker, fresh caught fish in the fridge and a wife who supports me in the manner in which I am accustomed.

I have always felt that everything after my 25th Birthday is a gift...

As there's not an "I am not bitter" thread...

A few weeks ago, a union representative gave me what he considered the most valuable tip he had to offer. "Do not say anything good about the union and don't say anything bad about the union."

So, I will now proceed not to say anything good about the union and not to say anything bad about the union.

I feel much better now.

Everybody's Graduating Something ...

A college classmate got selected, a few of my buddies just graduated Ranger, and another looks set to do the same in a few weeks (his gf just heard he made it to FL).
