What is a Class 3 permit? :confused:
I should be getting my Class 3 permits for my various suppressors sometime this week! Got one for the DPMS, HK416 and my P22.
What is a Class 3 permit? :confused:
$10 it's his Form 4's...
Yes I know you know.... :lifter
And yes, its the ATF Form 4 for an NFA Class 3 purchase.
There's a lot of guys who will jump on you for saying a "Class 3" purchase. They say that' s only the FFL (SOT3) that is Class 3 - the weapon/suppressor is a NFA weapon.

Well stated KOZ. Someone mentioned starting a NFA forum (Laws, pics, etc.). I think that would be great for those interested, but obviously up to TS and the other MODs. If not, I'll just keep posting them here :D. This one's just a tease as it is a little more rare "Enhanced Commando" burst model some of you may well have seen ;).

Wet Dog,
I have a kimber conversion and shoot it pretty often with a springfield armory grip frame. The slide is aluminum, don't know if that makes a difference to you. It of course makes the gun run differently, slide being real light and all. I don't mind on a fun/hunting pistol.
I've ran several thousand rounds through it. Never had a single malfunction with jacketed ammo. After a couple hundred rounds of hard cast lead bullets, it will gob up. Not that big a deal, just a pain to clean out. I hear this is normal for any .22 conversion kit. Accuracy is top notch. Wouldn't trade mine. Hope that helps.
Heres the OBR Lite upper I just received, Its bigger brother is due this Friday.

If you don't mind my asking, where did you find that upper? I was under the impression that they weren't selling the OBR/OBR lite uppers separately.
Nice looking setup regardless.

You are correct, I found an individual selling his he had bought his buddy's 18 inch, so he had to dump his 16 inch OBR Lite.
I was going over my SNs to make sure I had them all correct and figured I'd bring every one together for a group photo.
What Dusty said...Is it ported or is it controllable?
No, the Coonan isn't ported (it's loud enough as-is). I've found it to be reasonably controllable. It might take a little getting used to at first, though, since the grip is wider than a typical .45 or 9mm due to the length of the .357 cartridge.
I've heard you can shoot .38 special in it by replacing the spring, but that would take the fun out of it for me.

Yes the LT104 works good with getting good eye relief in use wit the RISR. I have Dueck Defense offset iron sights, My Aimpoint micro will not work since the Windage turrets stick out and blocks the FOV on the micro. Off set irons will do just fine on closer in targets although not as sexy as a Aimpoint micro offset.

just curious, is that a full AI, or an AI with a rem700 action? im asking cause an AI is a lil too deep for my pockets, and i was thinking about putting together a rifle with an AI stock/rem700 action.

I'm thinking that it's a Remington action, it looks like a VTR barreled action dropped into an AICS stock.

Nice, I've got a lil home full of HKs as well.
I would recommend you stay away from the AI stocks using Rem actions. Too damn heavy and rediculously expensive. I once had a folder and the block was machined incorrectly. When the guard screws were tightened the action was actually bent. I personally can not say enough bad about them. Better to use a McMillan or an H-S Precision. If I needed a folder I would go to Robar (not cheap either).

I will second that recommendation. Personally, I think it's better than a McMillan (the Gunsmith showed me why!).
FWIW - HS Precision offers a military discount, a quality product (best in the price range), and decent customer service too.

School house has AI stocks. They work great and definitely have enhanced the accuracy on standard 24s. Didn't realize it until my 3/4 MOA shooting with a standard 24 with an H&S dropped down to dime sized groups using the AI. They are great for recoil management and driving the gun.

The primary long range platform on my team is rocking a 300 WIN Mag on an AI stock. Recoil is significantly reduced compared to other bolt 300's I have fired and the accuracy is excellent wrt bullet and range requirements.
When I hit the lottery I'll own my personal version shortly after.

It's an AICS 1.5 w/ a Rem 700 VTR dropped in it. Compared to my B&C I'm very impressed by it. Around the same time I also put a 2lb timney trigger in it and my group size and felt recoil are both reduced. It's consistently under 1/2 inch groups. It fits my rifle like a glove, and the AI mags are top notch. What ever chassis you go w/ I'd stick w/ one that has DMB for AI mags.

The current collection.
Have a Yugoslavian 24/47 Mauser just like yours that I'm detailing right now. I'm going to tweek the bolt and then blue it and the buttplate. I'm refinishing the stock with a nice stain and will probably top it off with either tung or linseed oil.
How do you like the Romanian AK? I understand that the magazines wobble a little bit because there are no indents on the side of the receiver. Would like to try one sometime because I believe they are the cheapest ones available.
MidwayUSA has Aimpoint T-1 for 500 dollars, You then could get a Larue offset mount LT787 that mounts around the ring of your scope tube. I have Atlas bipods and they are good to go.
From most durable to most accurate.
From MOM (minute of man) rifle to the ORH (one ragged hole) rifle
There's already so many recommendations on Larue product on this website. Well, they just earned another one. Not only I was given the military discount, and less than 2months wait!, I got the RISR and Magpul grip for FREE! Thank you Mark and team :) I was only mildly dissapointed when I didn't see the dillo and the dust. When I called about the scope mount, I sheepishly mentioned about it and that I couldn't possibly have the audacity to ask for them after all the $$$ free stuff I got. The man just laughed and said those dillo items are not for sale. Minutes later I got email containing the UPS tracking number for those items. Two thumbs and two toes up!
Still on the honeymoon phase. The OBR is so well made I can't contemplate getting a scratch on it, let alone having a controlled explosion in it. So currently it sleeps where I sleep and eats off my table :D I contemplated putting it in a shadow box, take a picture, then store it in a safety deposit box and hang the picture on the wall :rolleyes: Yep, it's heavy enough and I use it for a challenging rifle PT as well.
I'm open for bipod suggestion. Something light, rugged, that allows bipod-loading to prevent it from jumping. I'm considering atlas, tango down, harris, shooters ridge, UTG, and gg&g. Currently leaning towards gg&g with their sale going. Also open for suggestion on offset mount and red-dot. Thanks!
I hope one of the armed service branch/unit will adopt this rifle soon, so it'd be under service rifle category and I can shoot it at Camp Perry

Get the LaRue modified Harris. Trust me; I know things. (Sorry, that's NDD's line - even if it's true.) It really is worth the money - and they'll send you more Dillo Dust. Which is a pretty good thing if you've got a grill.

The AK is pretty good. The only magazine I had trouble with was a steel one. It locks in but wobbles a little. When I bought it came with 2 TAPCO mags and they fit perfectly, so I bought 3 more of those.

Yeah I've been thinking about an AK74 type rifle with the more "modern" look.
AK's look cool, but I really enjoy knowing for sure where my bullet is gonna impact.
For sure you better get a set of Atlas bipods unless you want your bipods to look like this. :confused:

Just went back and the owner clariffied it is a 1910 SWEDISH mauser 96. Any input on whether I should acquire it?

Just depends on what you intend on using it for. Swedish Mausers in general are fun shooters. The 6.5X55 ball has a weight range from 77 to 160gr. This should cover your wants from target to deer.
There are still quite a few ammo suppliers for his round ranging from Norma to Winchester to surplus. If you do decide to reload, remember what has been stated earlier. The Models 91 thru 97 aren't near as strong as the Model 98 Mausers. If your re-loading keep your tolerances at 45,000 psi and lower.
Lastly collecting Mausers is a very addictive hobby! (partial collection)
Finally got the glass for this rifle. Used it in Kyle Defoor's Adv. Carbine last month and it was well worth it as we were shooting out to 400yds.

A little more high speed than I was used to dealing with in ROTC-land (when I was still part of ROTC-Land), but I was playing a little too much Call of Duty, and decided to spend my graduation and ROTC money on this.
Bushmaster ACR, some of the toys on it:
- Enhanced ACR 7-point Adjustable Stock
- A2-style Birdcage Flash Suppressor
- Gen2 PMags
- EOTech 512 Red Dot Sight
- Magpul MBUS Flip-Up Iron Sights
- Knight's Armament Fore-Grip
Besides the high speed look it shoots like a charm, piston driven system allows for the side-folding/telescoping stock, the bolt carrier group is similar to that in an AR-15 but its a little easier to clean, as not much carbon gets built up on it. Even less recoil than Ar-15 systems (not like they have much recoil to begin with)
Shot 1" groups at 100m, nothing to get a medal over, but the I give more credit to the red dot sight, zero'ed it within 9 shots.
I wish I invested in the tri-rail fore-grip so I could put more mall ninja space shuttle door gunner attachments on it.

I like the tubular handguard a lot. I'm not a huge fan of rails since I don't really have much to put on them.
The fire pig looks pretty good as well.
Its a blast to shoot, and accurate enough offhand given my own limitations. Just sold a Walther PPK/s and might put the money towards loading my own ammunition. 45-70 is not cheap. Luckily with the recoil, I don't waste a lot of ammo..

As most of the regular forum members know I go down to South Carolina pig hunting twice a year but usually don’t kill anything myself. I decided that this was not a reflection on my hunting skill but most likely just a deficiency in my gun cabinet and that could easily be remedied, So off I went to see Eddie Harren who is a local gunsmith in Maryland and a champion bench rest shooter. Of nominal historical interest is when back some 40+ years ago when I came off the DMZ with the 196 Lt Inf Bde we went to Quang Tri province and relieved the Marines who then went on home as part of the draw down in the closing days of RVN. Eddie was one of those Marines. It pleases me greatly to actually know someone who walked the same trails in the Queson Mtns as I did and to have a rifle built by him.
So what I wanted was a short quick handling rifle for hunting in the cypress swamps and pine thickets of South Carolina. The caliber had to be powerful enough to stop a large hog but have a reasonable amount of recoil so that the light weight of the rifle would not combine to be a miserable shooting experience. From shooting F-class competition I had seen several people shooting a 260 Remington with very good results so I reasoned that with the new Lapua high quality brass and some high sectional density bullets I could get good expansion and penetration without dislocating my shoulder from the recoil. What I had to start with was a Remington Model 7 action (short action). As fortune would have it Eddie had a MacMillian lightweight stock for a short action that he had bought for himself but never made into a rifle. He also had a great reamer in 260 Rem that he had used to build his own antelope hunting rifle. So all we needed was a barrel and Eddie and I decided that getting a barrel in a reasonable time was important and this eliminated quite a few makers. In the end Eddie ordered a Schneider 5P (polygonal) in a 8 twist and #2 contour and finished it at 20 inches. The 8 twist will easily stabilize 140 grain VLD bullet for not only deep penetration but also the rifle can see double duty as a light mountain rifle for long range work. Finished weight was six pounds eight ounces and with base, rings and scope it wound up at 7 pounds fourteen ounces. This is a very nice light weight. Eddie set the Remington trigger at about 2# which is great for me.
For optics I used an EGW 20 MOA cant base and a Leopold VR-6 scope with a variable range of 2X to 12X and a 42 mm objective. The 2X setting will be great for the cypress swamps and 12X will allow for about as much long range work as the 20 inch barrel will allow. It has both a CDS knob and a Boone and Crocket reticle which I may or may not ever use. The 30mm tube provides for a lot of elevation adjustment when matched with the canted rail.

So the first two jobs are to break in the barrel and find the top of the pressure curve for the chamber. I had four good powders for the 260 so I loaded up a series of five rounds with IMR 4350, Varget, RL17 and RL 22 (I wish I had a bottle of RL19) and some Berger 140 grain hybrids. For each powder, each round had a 0.5 grains more powder than the preceding one up to what I thought might be a max load the chamber will tolerate. This would allow me to find max pressure and velocity. I also had the bullets seated to jam so I could later back off the lands if I needed to.
During barrel break in, the rifle was cleaned frequently and it affected how the bullets flew being as I did not completely dry the barrel before firing. Varget is a good example of the barrel being cleaned midway through the string and how it opens up the group. In the other three powders, the first shot is always out of group due to cleaning. Even with the difference in powder charge, I thought RL17 was least sensitive to powder charge and I do not believe I reached max pressure with the loads so I will pursue finding an accurate load with it by gradually increasing the powder charge above where I left off.
I would just note that shooting an eight pound rifle accurately is a hell of a lot more difficult than the 14-18 pound rifles I normally shoot.
There are a few stray bullet holes from when I was getting the scope adjusted so you can ignore them.

I use a Rem. 700 SSDM with 24" barrel with Leupold Vari-X III 2.5-8x scope in .260 to hunt deer with here in WI. My load is a Barnes 100 grain X-Bullet with 43 grains of Varget. You will like the .260 Rem., it shoots like a dream. After I clean the gun, I fire a fouling shot before hunting with it again.

I have been using this custom Remington 700 in .375 H&H Magnum for all my hunting. The Barnes X bullet in 300g is my preferred load, if I can get it or the Remington soft nose is also good in 300g. Meat damage is minimal and you can take anything from an elephant to a springbuck with it. I have a 4x Tasco scope on it because my shooting isnt really good enough for ranges that a higher magnification would tempt me to try.

Nice Gemsbok, handsomest of the big antelope in my opinion. For hunting (outside North America) .375 would be my choice if limited to a single caliber/rifle. They 'shove' rather than wallop in a rifle of proper weight.

This rifle has the heavy barrel, and counterweights of lead in the butt so it is very heavy and a swine to carry on a day-long walk. But, you can shoot it all day. As you say, a gentle push is all the felt recoil and it tracks like an AA gun. This Gemsbok was galloping full tilt across my front at about 120yds and the single shot tumbled it in its tracks. They seldom get up after the .375 smacks them down.
Sorry, I will pass on that.
Plenty of people have seen mine already.

After the trip to the range, I cleaned the barrel again, disassembled the base and rings and put the optics back together using loctite being as every thing seemed to be OK. I began load development with RL 17 and the 140 Berger Hybrids. Back to the range I went and first I was shooting off a pedestal rest but decided to cut to the chase and use a bipod. At 42 grains of RL 17, I had not gotten any extractor marks on the brass or stiff bolt lift, etc; but groups size had dropped down to 0.32 MOA which is my general level of skill-i.e. I am not able to shoot a rifle much better than that even if the rifle is more accurate.
I am very satisfied that a rifle that shoots 0.32 MOA from a bipod is accurate enough to kill a pig at 30 yards. Eddie did a good job building the rifle :D

I love it, balances and handles great, weighs 8.5lbs with a loaded mag of 75gr. The RIS II is quite frankly, the best damn rail I ever put my paws on, having the bottom rail tucked up higher makes all the difference in how it feels and handles.
Now to answer your question about using the standard m4a1 flat top RIS II, if I could do it over yeah that is what I'd probably use. All my 0-300 guns have always had a standard front sight. I always preached about their durability and had the 14.5in dd barrel with fsb laying around for awhile, but after I put this build together I shot a friends 12in with a continuous flat top rail and aimpoint, it makes a big difference not having the fsb in your sight picture. I understand why the sopmod block 2 guns have the flat top rail, it's a lot cleaner sight picture. This gun has been 100% reliable though with the failzero m16 bcg and h2 buffer, including several hundred rounds of auto fire, mostly using crap wolf polyformance ammo. It's perfect for me.

I started out looking for a 6.5 Grendel upper. With the current barry madness, I came to the conclusion that 1800++ for an upper did not cut it.
This was price good. It the current environment, I "saved" almost a grand..
Hopefully by Christmas rational minds and stripped pocketbooks will bring the market prices down to something approaching "normal"..
I tossed in a couple pics of the 50 ammo compared to the 556. The 50 is compared to the old 45.70 in ballistics, but much shorter OAL. It's a great round for most all NA critters. With a 100 yd aim, it will be about 10-15 inch low at 200-225, respectively..

JJ, try a 200 meter zero, it is easier to aim low than high, more intuitive, and the hold is less. Not only that, if a head shot, you have all sorts of aim points instead of empty space. :munchin :D

I have been told the Beowulf is about like a shotgun. The action mitigates the recoil somewhat. Mine does not have a break/flash gizmo, that is also said to help.. Will find out..

I have maybe 50 rounds through them collectively from three or four range sessions.
If they think it kicks like a shotgun, they must be running 3-1/2" Maximum loads.
I would personally rank it with a stout .45-70 load.

Nice JJ. I too have a Beowulf 16" upper. No flash hider. Looks nice with the huge barrel hole facing forward. I did not like the A3 upper mine came with, so I removed same and put a modified (around the ejection port area) A2 upper on her. The only AR part you cannot use on the Wulf are civvie collapsable stocks. The Wulf will eat them, and bend the stock pins. I put a full stock on mine, as I didn't really need a collapsable on it. NO MUZZLE BRAKE!?!?!?!
Lots of good comps out there; However, as I write this out it dawns on me that most 50 brakes will most likely be for 50BMG rifles.
The Turbodyne I ran on my CQ (will not work with 29" BTW) is extemely heavy and you can forget unsupported shooting.
I recommend grade 9 Ti to fab up a custom brake or can. Anzio Iron Works makes a great can with a brake on the end. If you are going to do a 50BMG, get a can with the brake on the end. There is SO much pressure on the BMG round that even though the reciol impulse is slower and longer, it is w-a-a-a-y longer. When I would shoot off of a bench. Me and the rifle would be pushed off of the bench. In the prone, even a man around 200 pounds will be moved backwards across the ground to the tune, 40 rounds is a couple of feet!
Okay, we are not talking about a 50 BMG, I get that. You may find yourself in a "tween" situation 50 Bea-this and 450 that because they obviously are not mainstream rounds. I would think anyone distributing the rounds or uppers for these would have a brake designed for them? If not, have one made. In my mind, anything and everything I want in my collection would be something I would want to go to work with and I can not imagine that a hammer like that without anything to cancel out recoil is practical. A brake alone is obviously going to be hard to live with.
I am a huge fan of suppressors. I do not have to be "ninja" quiet and if I do, a suppressed 9mm (147gr) or 45ACP without a booster will only give up the report of the primer, in this case it will be the projectile impact that will be the most obvious sound. The recoil reduction, muzzle flash and overall balance alone scream for a suppressor. Having the noise level on par with a 22LR and saving your ability to communicate after firing is just icing on the cake. Even a 50BMG is comparable to a 22LR, but, it is a bigger crack because their is more surface area.
You can save hundreds by building your own can, provided you submit a form 1 or it may not save you much money in the end.:D Personally, I would go to Anzio and have them custom make a can with the brake on the end of it. With the tax stamp you may get $1500.00 into it and that may be what the rifle cost. But, just like the rifle the can is transferable and if you do not need money over night, you will get at least what you paid for it, sometimes quite a bit more when the market is right. (like NOW)
JJ- If the Beowolf isn't accurate, you can always use it as a breeching gun...
I have read they are above average accurate.. AND also good breeching toys..
No special buffers or springs. Works fine with standard magazines too.

Brakes on a hunting rifle is kinda new york city style.. Not mine. I also have been told that some ranger masters get a little pissed when you ask for 3 or 4 lanes so as not to disturb the locals..
The blow back pressure can hurt your ears,, including your neighbors.. :mad:
I did pick up a used flash cage, kinda like a 50 cal bird cage.. I may get the barrel threaded and give it a try..

I can not see where you are going to gain much resistance with a flash hider and I agree that where as a brake will do a lot in the way of recoil, you do trade off the felt recoil for sound and even the gas pressure coming toward you. There are some that do well with a perpendicular path. I have seen them on a lot of AI weapons.
If you are going to use the weapon primarily for hunting, most states do not allow suppressors to be used unfortunately. I do not know what you are hunting with that caliber, but, DAMN!!! Other than the hunting issue, I would strongly advise a can, you will NEVER look back and will most likely look to suppress everything you own. The current technology is quite impressive.
I really have been turned on to the 6mm Creedmore for semi-auto apps. Louis Cockern is employed by our parent company and holds the world's record for the longest shot ever recorded at over 3000 yards! He was a member of the Navy Shooting Team and was assigned to Crane as I understand it. He talked me out of my NATO only mindset in about 5 minutes, but, they rising prices of ammo across the board left no argument to hold out.
The UK pushed for the 6mm before Winchester got the contract. Even today the game is rigged to keep the old money at the trough and I can say THAT with authority.
You know what you want and why at the end of the day, I am just throwing things out there. I have loved weapons my entire life and can talk about them all day long. I do not know everything and I learn something new everyday. That is probably the best reason I had to join the forum, the collective experience is quite staggering.

I was thinking of modifying a M2 flash hider for mine, just for giggles. As a test, when I first got the Wulf, I put an old IIIA vest over a 6x6 treated lumber post and fired a 400g HP at it. Went through the front panel, through the post, and through the back panel, and kept going... Wulf has lotsa power behind those 400g meatballs. I added the rubber recoil pad as I enjoy shooting her for hours... Still get black and blue before the day is done. I'd hate like hell to be on the receiving end of a 400g HP. I want to do some more range testing with 8" masonry block walls... Oh, and if you want to have a lot of fun, take her out at night and watch the giant glowing pumpkins form from the muzzle blast. :eek:

I much prefer the Cadex over the AI. It is more comfortable and stable. The grip feels right and I have never gotten used to the AI grip, it seemed too narrow at the top and gave me a feeling that I was not in complete control. The controls for stock adjustment is much more positive and will stay where placed shile the AI AX is based solely, at least the one I used, on friction. BTDT, it iwll slip over time, we made spacers to stop slippage, not good for adjustments on teh fly for an odd position adjustment.
Overall Cadex wins, cost is a factor, but the abilities of the stock puts it over the top and in a while the price will come down as all new and shiny things do. :D

HDMR, had the S&Bs so didn't "need" a HDMR, though they are nice and a fine alternative to some of the more pricey scopes out there. I was considering changing out the older PII for a HDMR though.

5.45x39 I presume? What is the stock set up and what kind of grouping do you get at 100m using 7n6? EOTECH is cool, but with that setup the lack of option to cowitness with the iron signs is a let down. I've only seen one suppressed AK74 here. Don't remember who made the adapter for AAC anymore.

Nope. Is it not obvious by the curvature of the magazine? :rolleyes:

This is not generally the AK-74. This is Saiga-MK 7.62x39. Of course, you are unlikely to follow the development of my hobby throughout the network, with bated breath. Sorry, I had to understand it. But it shows in the picture, anyway.
I was not trying to achieve similarities with existing in-service models. It so happened that the Saiga-MK produced in the AK-74 form-factor. Rather it is civil version of 7.62x39 AK-103. My building does not have a preliminary plan and is designed to be a comfortable rifle. Army ammunition is illegal for civilians here, by the way.
About setup:
- EOTech EXPS 3-0 (recent purchase);
- Fort gas tube (ukrainian UltiMAK analogue);
- FAB Defence handguard;
- Noname front handle;
- Hogue pistol grip;
- SVDS buttstock with turnable cheek;
- Finnish KRS silencer;
- RPK rear sight with windage adjustments;
It is too early to talk about cowitness with these irons or with this scope. Still a lot to buy. Like TWS dog leg and Magpul back up sights… The question of what to do with the existing front sight. Hemorrhoids, in a word. :mad:
But first, I have to convince myself in need of this cowitness at all, given the quick-detachable EOTech.
Another scope? Mayby later. I do not so much need this cowitness.
In passport weapon accuracy is specified like 138 mm at 100 m.
Shooting this rifle “from box” at 100 meters with open sight showed better accuracy in 87 mm. And 52 mm with POSP optics.
I tried to gather a group with this weapon a couple of times, but it's a hopeless task. Kalash needed to hit a growth or machine-gun-crew targets at distances up to 400 meters, and not for the gathering of groups. Strange that I explain it to you.
Much more interesting dynamic shooting iron gongs at ranges of 50-100 meters for me. I'm saving a lot of time so, getting mainly shooting instead of walking hither and thither.

I'm missing something here myself. As in - why are you calling out SpNkid? That's ADMIN/MOD/QP territory. If FF takes offense, he's a valued guest and more than capable of fending for himself. Personally, I thought SpNkid's response was well within the bounds of propriety - and a bit funny too (largely because FF missed an obvious visual clue that I know he is knowledgeable enough to pick up on). Maybe because I understand the difficulties of communicating in a foreign language. So please stay in your lane or explain yourself more clearly when you wander out of it. Otherwise an intervention is called for - and nobody wants to have to use a paperclip to hang a dried piece of sturgeon around anyone's neck. It's too hard to get the smell off your hands afterwards.

Your criticism is welcome!
I thought it was important to note so I did not mislead anyone. I have assembled my AR Pistol and displayed it on this website as such: a Pistol. The ATF has stayed fairly consistent with their ruling when related to the arm brace and my occasional shouldering of it does not change the classification of my weapon.
That being said, I am not telling anyone to purchase a shoulder brace with the intention of using it as a stock. That would be breaking the law.

Was inventorying everything for a night shoot this weekend and figured why not.
My work rigs, both personally owned:
Glock 19 with X300U. That is one powerful light for a pistol, made the mistake of turning the sucker on in a very narrow hallway with bright white walls in total darkness, spent the next several minutes seeing nothing but the glowing orange orb of death.
BCM 16" middy, looking for a new white light/ IR combo, and wanting to upgrade from a PRO to a T-1. Can is a Griffin Armament M4SD-II. Awesome can, but brings the total length out to 20.5 inches, add on the DBAL and the much needed illumination device, and that front end is getting heavy. Hopefully I can upgrade to a lighter rail soon.

Using Federal American Eagle 115gr for paper, and have a large load of XM68 Gold Dot for the zombies. Bought for 150-500yd range use. (PWS MK109 SBR for Shorter) Great BDC on the ACOG.
Next up will be a Barrett 98B in 300WM as my new F-CLass rifle, with NF 5.5 and BORS.
Cheers,

May I make an observation here, and maybe I run a bit on the (lack of) trust and paranoia side of government "snooping"…but I'm not all that keen on posting my "arsenal" in that case. But you all have such lovely "guns"! ;)
