Iraqi Counter-Insurgency
My apologies, but this article from the NYT Magazine is too long to post. It is quite good, however, and focuses on the collaboration of Adnan Thabit and James Steele (of El Salvador fame) in shaping the Iraqi commando units. There are also a number of photos and some audio commentary.
