Simple Breakfast Hack

Here's a quick & simple breakfast hack I recently found:

In a large skillet, over med. heat, melt some butter, add 2 whisked eggs, let cook for a few minutes.
Place large tortilla on top. Let it "fuse" together for a few minutes.
Flip.
Add your fixes. I KISS it and just do Cheese & Bacon.
Let it cook for a few minutes, then fold in both sides.

What's nice about it is, you can eat it on the go.

Enjoy.

*you can also use an 8inch tortilla and one whisked egg in a small skillet, for something smaller. But instead of folding in the outsides, you just fold it in the middle, like a taco.

Very nice 'doneness' on the tortilla. Hat-tip.
Gotta hit the kitchen. This runnin' around training in Maxine Waters' hills makes ya hongry.

Heh. In younger days it would've been the Chatsworth hills of the old movie ranch separating THE Valley from Simi back when it was still 2 towns plus Moorpark - you know, Manson's old stomping grounds. Should've shot that f'er with my BB gun when I had the chance. But left in '69 for good. Hills hereabouts are more "age accomodating."
