What will come out of this. Nothing was done for OIF withdraw, so what will happen in AFG?

I'm still waiting to see a SOFA agreement floated that suggests all CIVCAS incidents be investigated and prosecuted by the Afghan courts...

Yeap. . And once again there will be no SOAF agreed upon before any of the major withdrawal for happening next spring. The DoS needs to stop looking at the SOAFs as a arm of "protection" for the military.
