OK, aside from some travel remembrances (and I actually remember Chef Penn's admonishment that meat cookery is really about managing fat content), this very thread is #3 in a net search about camel accompaniments. I prefer to think of that as a testament to the forum's rep.

Other than some fava beans and a nice Chianti, what can this eclectic group offer to eclipse the internet's current results?
Would this be a good time to be grilling some veggies?

Note: If you once stayed at a Holiday Inn-Express in Morocco and partook (of camel that is) let us know. Bar-hopping with Dorothy Lamour doesn't count.
