50k and Ironman race to raise money for the GB foundation

I am running a 50k and doing an Ironman race this year to raise money for the Green Beret Foundation.. I am trying to raise 5k for the foundation.. If you all could pass my link to people that you think can donate that would be great .. I am still not where I want to be in the fundraising.. So any help would be great
