We get a lot of drunken Elks around here, too - ain't seasonal, though, it's pretty much year round - I've been tempted to shoot a few but never thought about grillin' one of 'em.

That's a moose, not an elk. Well, in North America anyway. Apparently, moose are called elk in Europe. Effing Socialists...
