Jacket-Issued or not
Anyone familiar with the jacket on the right? I've never seen that pattern before. Is it issued, or can be purchased?

It's issued and can be purchased. The pattern shown is from our night desert parka; search for "Gore Tex Desert Camo Military Rain Jacket with Reverse Night Grid" to get that exact jacket.

It's the desert field jacket of GW1 time frame with a pattern designed to defeat the NVG technology of the time.
