First I heard of it as well.
That is one wild MF!
Looks like release is next month. Another one to look forward to.

He did a ton of CCN stuff, probably knows as much as anybody out there on the subject.
Used to get emails from him, always ended with

We've known each other for a long time, I hope this one does as good a job of telling it as Plaster's do. He is one crazy guy. I remember him being guided into the Hospitality Suite at a SOAR a few years back drunk on his ass and clutching a paper bag. Two other members were watching over him, he had over $40K in the bag. To this day he has made the largest single contribution to the SOA Scholarship Fund !!!!

Since we now know Billy knows how to write, why don't one of you gents who know him well invite him to come be a member here?
Love to see some of his stories, perhaps the ones "not suitable for publication".

Billy sent me his "Reflections," which I believe is at the end of the book. I published it in full on my blog and if anyone cares to read it, go here.
Billy has a new web site to go with the book and it's very nicely done. I didn't see the link posted so here it is.

One hell of a story.
I hope he comes to visit whenever he can.
I was a 23 year old kid on my first tour in Hawaii when I met him. He reinforced the lessons of Pappy Gage and Bob Slavey, and I knew right then that I wanted to work with these men.
Thanks AM, hope he takes the bait!
