Okay, what happens under the 25th when the VP becomes POTUS, and there is no VP to break the tie vote on a VP nominee in the Senate?
IMHO, Biden is less dangerous as POTUS than Harris.
Just hold till the mid-terms and pray.

The VP moves up and selects a VP, which is then voted on by congress.
As to the process of selection??
I'm also thinking the midterms
If nancy is outed and congress turns RED we may have hope..

And what if the Senate splits 50-50?
The former VP is at that point, no longer afforded a vote in the Senate to break ties.
Obviously, huge deals will be cut and favors will be called in to try and get someone to break ranks. Like a RINO or Joe Manchin.

Don't anyone kid yourselves... there are more than enough republicans standing by to play nice in the event that a 'VP' nomination ever becomes a real thing - Romney is probably loosing his shit that he hasn't had a reason to virtue signal for the media since his last impeachment party
besides - based on everything Ive heard - if the VP assumes during the first half of the term - it counts as a whole term - as a result, Harris would only be entitled to a max of 6 years in office.
if the VPOTUS takes over during the second half of a term - its doesnt count and she could run two more times, blessing the American people with almost ten years of a Harris administration.
...a hell of an accomplishment for the first multiracial female in the White House
wait till midterms - if the dems "hold on" to congress - the chances are good that Biden will be out on his ear and the shit will get real with nothing to stop them
if the dems give up control of either house - I'd expect them to try and goad the right into helping them oust the POTUS
...make it a republicans fault that Joe had to go and use it against them in 2024

Last night the Bucks County Chairman for the Socialist dine at the restaurant, the conversation centered on the current political environment. His thought were they will get clobbered in the midterms, his exact words: "It will be a rout".
