"God and Country" recruit post axed

"The Military Religious Freedom Foundation is delighted that the Constitution has been adhered to by the U.S. Army Recruiting Command," Weinstein said after the poster was removed. "But whoever, in any way, shape or form, allowed that poster to be designed, prepared and displayed, those individuals should be aggressively investigated and very visibly punished."

Onionesque, but undoubtably true.
That's the main problem with this Country; the libs are eradicating God, and the repubs are too spineless to stop it.

Well, shit...there you have it.

What is it with the anti God crowd? Thank you for that link Larry. This is another example of the few forcing their beliefs on the many.
“Today we face incredibly well-funded gangs of fundamentalist Christian monsters who terrorize their fellow Americans by forcing their weaponized and twisted version of Christianity upon their helpless subordinates in our nations armed forces.” From The Blaze.
These gangs must have entered the service after I got out, did any of you come across them while you served?

Where does it say Jesus Christ or Christian God, Islam Allah, Jewish God? Its God by any religion. The 1st Admendment is to allow us to worship as we please and not have a state religion. We fought a war against England where the English Church was the only religion allowed (like ISIS). We still have "IN GOD WE TRUST" on our currency. I'm getting so sick of this PC bull.

I sent SORB a note Sunday.
Hoping to hear from them today?
If anyone is near them, might be worth a visit to grab all the posters before they go to the trash??

If anyone likes such a motto, they can join the Chaplain Corps, it belongs to them.

I'll stick with "De Oppresso Liber" - it's a better fit for my personal take on the universe in which we live.

Then they whine and get all mysterious behind coffee clutches like the MRFF. Supporting them is like looking for the clean end of a turd.

...I reckon we need to get rid of the chaplains Corps before anyone else's feeling are hurt.
It's odd but for a group of people that don't like religion, most atheists are every bit as zealous about their favorite brand of "ism" as the rank and file radical Muslim/Christian/Jew/Wiccan/etc. It's equally fun to watch as they shamelessly demonstrate the added hypocritical benefit of cheering the glories of "freedom of speech" while simultaneously demanding that ANY person of faith be drawn and quartered for celebrating a different brand of "-ism"
Those that preach their belief structure that are conveniently unbound by the nuisance of a higher power are some of my favorite zealots.
-I don't believe in Santa or the Easter bunny, I just don't have the energy rally a national movement against the evils of x-mas trees and easter baskets. Sounds like a win-win "religion" that lets you drink booze and watch porn guilt free !!!
...just my opinion, I could be wrong.

[QUOTE These gangs must have entered the service after I got out, did any of you come across them while you served?[/QUOTE]
I remember hearing about the ones on Bragg back in the 90's who were in COSCOM and, among other misdeeds, knocked over the shopette down the street from the old SWC barracks. Does that count?
Then there was the report at Carson back in 05-06 when 4th ID was moving in and CID was tracking 4000 known gang affiliates among the dependents. I thought it was a misprint until a friend from ATF confirmed the same report. Maybe that's what he was talking about.

So. Weimstein thinks no one can exercise free speech including an Army recruiter?
