Although that does happen, that can't. Be prevented by these "no-knock" raids. I agree it's sad, I also say it's terrible that someone would feel the need to resort to that, but the fact of the matter is. You can't get a swat team every time you get a call about domestic violence.

How about we call the act of an LEO killing someone through gross recklessness criminally negligent homicide instead of murder? I'm guessing the dead guy/girl/kid really doesn't care, either way.
