The webstaurantstore.com does not use UPS or USPS they use some unknown and never heard of delivery service and you cannot track your purchases. After the screw-up I had an email conversation with a few of the corporate execs, more screw-ups and very non-sincere individuals.
I for one will never again order from the webstaurantstore.com
Even took them two to three days to refund my money..........
