Popped up in the Early Bird digest; here's the link to the original Wall Street Journal article. I got a kick out of one quote from the creator of the site:

I enjoy the DB - it reminds me of some of the stuff we used to do as young NCOs when bored.

I enjoyed that it punk'd the serving and seeking-to-be congresscritters - what does that say of our lawmakers.
