Mexico Invades USA
I considered putting this one in the Soapbox forum.
A U. S. Navy destroyer stopped four Mexicans rowing towards California in a small raft.
The Captain got on the loud-hailer and shouted, "Ahoy, small craft. You are in American territorial waters. Where are you headed?"
One of the Mexicans put down his oar, stood up, and shouted, "We are invading the United States of America to reclaim the territory illegally taken by imperialistic American forces in the 19th Century."
Upon hearing this, the entire crew of the destroyer doubled-over in laughter. When the Captain was finally able to catch his breath, he got back on the loud-hailer and asked, "Just the four of you?"
The same Mexican stood up again and shouted back, "No, we're the last four. The rest are already there!"
