Sourdough Starter and bread.
My mom bad the BEST sourdough bread. I've tried several recipes for starter and just can't find one that tastes as sour as hers. I've tried starters with potato flakes, whole wheat flower, and now I'm starting one with rye flower which seems to be doubling really fast so far and it's a few days old.
Does anyone have a good recipe for a starter and bread that has plenty of sour taste?
