FWIW - I don't agree with how the SS or the school handled this one - that agent's SA regarding the credibility of the 'threat' from a 13 YO JHS student, and the school's apathy towards 'reasonably' protecting the student and his family, sucked.
As far as CPS matters go, there are a variety of different issues and laws regarding those.
And I'm still pissed that the Democrat and the Republican Parties forced me to exercise my responsibility as a citizen to vote for the likes of John McCain and Sarah Palin.
