If I caughts the images correctly, they were all former presidents so none of those groups were represented. It is the challenge of remembering that many people built this country and many affected the laws as they and we grew. Congress and the Senate also seem powerless in the painting.
While it was well done for the point it was making, the point is, as usual, more complex.

As far as 'imagery' goes, the image of a POTUS 'stepping on the US Constitution' is missing a few Presidents.

More than a few! And some of those who did 'step on the Constitution' are NOT standing with the group looking at the current POTUS approvingly!

I have my own personal reasons for agreeing with Buffalobob statement. And as Richard has already remarked,

Too true.
In my eyes this clip was nothing more then blatent political pandering. Powerful and provocative imagery combined with an appropriate soundtrack and voiceover message.
I've always straightened my back with pride upon hearing the National Anthem. And Taps will get me misty-eyed everytime. This video is Neither.

He's also got a vid of a painting on his website of Jimmy Carter fending off a vicious rabbit with a boat paddle; would that choke you up?
