I "liked" his Facebook fan page and it says this in one "status".

NEW REVIEW OF MI VIDA by A FELLOW PARATROOPER:This
is a bad-assed book. It's got everything. Sex, drugs & rock and
roll. There is some really heart breaking stuff in this book. It is an
emotional roller coaster ride. If you are looking for stories about
SF operations and killing Narco terrorist-don't buy this book, go ...get a copy of Soldier of Fortune.

Pages 301-305 tell part of the story of his convictions on stealing computers and such, from his side of course. This is from the website that was posted earlier.

My Life sounds like a load of bull and it's stinking.

I call bullshit

This all started when an SF brother called him on his 7th Grp Flash in his book. He claims to have been in 7th Grp. Then he said he was only attached to 7th Grp.l When asked for a name, he gave him mine. I never served with him. I messaged him on facebook and he said he was on ODA 771 in C Co 3/7 from 84 to 86. Well, ODA 771 was my team. I was on it from 83 to 88. Also, ODA 771 is in A Co, not C Co. When I told him that, he said he can't remember anything because he has PTSD.

Jeez. I don't have PTSD. I just have CRS.

This guy is a fraud. Nuff said from me.

Be well - Rick

More to go around - the pics prove interesting as a 91B2V...NOT an 18D...and nothing indicating any time other than possibly being attached to SF during some training or range or some other sort of medical coverage.

http://www.mivida2010.com/apps/photo...bumid=10221177

The unworn beret w/o sewn-on 7th SFG flash is interesting.

SP5 and not Sergeant as claimed.

No diplomas or such, either.

And so it goes...

Richard

maybe his dog is not all that he imagines...

From his online bio:

"Dr. Harris currently resides in Anaheim, California with his imaginary dog, Jackie."

I wrote that quote in an e-mail after reading the book. I stand by it. There is really no detail in the book about any particular operations he went on. It does mention a year of classified work. I asked him about it and he will not discuss it.

I stand by my quote:

It's a good story. His vetting is not my responsibility, as I am not a Green Beret.

Saying I may have JUST BEEN A MEDIC ,But I was SF ...is what made me go WTF ..

Don't make sense to say anything like that ,and I shouldn't know more about how a ODA works than him ...NO ?

Team Sergeant

Don't get off track, keep it relevant and on subject, If you are a non QP and have any second thoughts about your post, then it's probably better not to post.

He's on my FB page because I thought and he has told me he is a qualified SF soldier. As many of you know there is an active discussion on the 'Secret' FB page on him and his qualifications, etc.

He told me he has asked to be vetted here as a QP and has applied for membership in an SFA Chapter in California as a Member ('M' Status)

He claims to have graduated from SFAS while a member of the 12th SFG(A) (Also the SF Medical MOS course as well.)

He now makes no claim as to being SF qualified while serving in Panama or Latin America, nor being a member of any active duty SF Group.

He does readily admit to the criminal record for Computer theft in California. (FBI Case.)

If indeed he is lying about being a qualified SF soldier, I'd like to de-friend him and perhaps ban him from my FB page. (As far as I know he isn't on the 'Secret' Group FB page.)

So if he hasn't been vetted here or asked to be vetted as a QP here I'd like to know.

PS: Since he now admits he never served in any active SF group, why is he wearing a GB with an active duty flash on it instead of the 12th SFG (A)

Just one of the $64k questions this guy has brought upon himself that require HONEST answers.

Here's the intro he posted in armyparatrooper.org on 09-15-2010 at 09:49 AM under
neuro25 as a 3 tabber:

Quote:
Hi, I'm Joseph and I am a medic Paratrooper, Ranger and SF'er and stumbled upon this place.

I served from 1980-1991

with
:
HHC, 1st Bn (RGR), 75th Inf
A Co (ABN), 3rd Bn, 5th Inf
A Co (ABN), 2nd Bn, 187th Inf
C Co, 3rd Bn, 7th SFG (ABN)
C Co, 3rd Bn, 12th SFG (ABN)

and yes...I was on jump status.

take care!

Attchd is a pic of the beret he's wearing in post #26 which is on his web-site at the following link.

Anybody ever see an SF qualified soldier wear a beret with an unsewn flash attached to it by the SF DUI? I haven't.
