The charity organizations he scammed will not go after him because they have an image to maintain. And the Law Enforcement agencies he conned will not go after him due to creditability issues and pure embarrassment.

You may be right TS, but LE agencies now are scrambling for money. I don't know what his teaching fees were but if an agency paid good money for a qualified trainer and now they discover he was not qualified thereby placing their agencies at risk of civil liability if the training had to be used in court testimony for some reason, I thnk they may try to recoup that money.
