Jack is actually an alias he uses. He's a professional con man for sure. He put his business in his girlfriends name years ago to crap wouldn't stick to him. It's a shame they just didn't hang the POS in Afghanistan.

I guess it might be if you count "Ground" floor as the 2nd floor.......
While the restaurant itself is on the 15th floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort, Guests check in at the reception desk on the hotel's 2nd floor.
