I am asking about the LHR combat knife by Gerber.
I have been really interested in this knife since I heard about it a couple months ago.
Its pretty much a dream knife for me; your design, carbon steel, a cool sheath, and a good price tag.
I haven't been able to get a good answer from Gerber though, what are we looking at for a release date on these puppies?

Sir,
I don't even know when the knife will be out. There are many difficult steps in the long sequence of producing tooling for a high volume production knife. We are doing all that now.

If Gerber couldn't tell you when the knife was ready for market, how can I?
This is their call, not mine.
