vsvo, We gotta talk!
Thank you for checking in here.
I've had tofu on several occasions that tastes like the best food one could ask for on this planet. Once was in China Town in San Fransisco (in a joint that that tourists dared not tread) and the other has been locally in restaurants owned and run by folks from China.
My observation is this food DOES NOT EVER belong in chilli or chile.
