Loving the dark humor, when times are tough its all you can do. That being said, I busted a gut at the end.
The looks they gave when he mentioned he'd be selling the AIG stock, golden.

Der Untergang (Downfall). It's a pretty well done movie and the translation is very good.
Richard's $.02

I bought it a few months ago based on some funny parodies on the net. Pretty good flick, and the guy playing Hitler is a famous German actor BRUNO GANZ

Good spoof...but I wonder...are the real players experiencing the same sort of anger and despair exhibited in the clip?
And if so...what are the implications?

FYI - the spoof uses footage from a movie about Hitler's final days called "Der Untergang" with captions having nothing to do with the scenes being acted out in the movie. The scenes are actually from that part of the movie where Hitler has just been told by his staff that all is now lost and the grim realization of that fact has struck Der Fuhrer. I would not have wanted that job!

Yes, Sir, I had picked up on that. There are other versions that use the film to illustrate declines in Hitler's (supposed) margin account that lead to forced liquidation.
But like any good parody, there is a kernel of truth. I think it may illustrate the reaction some people have to reduced circumstances - to losing their granite counter-tops, if you will. And although we do not witness such raging, I cannot help but wonder how many times it occurs in homes across the country.
I agree - telling Hitler that the war was lost would not be a pleasant task.
