Toughening up the feet

I was told that it is a good idea to start toughening up my feet so I don't get a lot of blisters and foot problems on long rucks and stuff. I backpack a lot and I very rarely get blisters but then again I've always had great boots, always broke them in before doing anything strenuous in them and I'm always on trails. One trick I heard from someone was to soak my feet in epson salt. I was wondering if you guys had any tricks up your sleeves.

I did a search on this subject and didn't really see anything. If I need to look harder just tell me.

Thank you
-Nathan

The second is better than the first.

Practice search functions.

There's about 20 other threads with foot information.

Look harder.

Don't start new threads till you have read everything here.
