Question File Reduction
Back in early 2004 some one posted a URL to a download which would change the format and size of files for the purpose of posting pictures to the Site. I lost it and have searched and can't find it. Does anyone still have it? It was great, all you needed to do was enter the desired size and format.

The MS PowerToy mentioned in the other thread is your simplest solution.
