Simple Breakfast Hack
 

Here's a quick & simple breakfast hack I recently found:

In a large skillet, over med. heat, melt some butter, add 2 whisked eggs, let cook for a few minutes.
Place large tortilla on top. Let it "fuse" together for a few minutes.
Flip.
Add your fixes. I KISS it and just do Cheese & Bacon.
Let it cook for a few minutes, then fold in both sides.

What's nice about it is, you can eat it on the go.

Enjoy.

*you can also use an 8inch tortilla and one whisked egg in a small skillet, for something smaller. But instead of folding in the outsides, you just fold it in the middle, like a taco. :p

Baldwin Hills?

Heh. In younger days it would've been the Chatsworth hills of the old movie ranch separating THE Valley from Simi back when it was still 2 towns plus Moorpark - you know, Manson's old stomping grounds. Should've shot that f'er with my BB gun when I had the chance. But left in '69 for good. Hills hereabouts are more "age accomodating."
