Wound Care
Inadequate irrigation of contaminated wounds is a common mistake that can contribute to the develpoment of sepsis. Sepsis is the leading cause of later morbidity and mortality in patients who survive major trauma for at least 48 hours.

Somewhere a True Believer is training to kill you. He is training with minimal food or water, in austere conditions, training day and night.
