Initial reports are cloudy at best. Let's hope this isn't a student that failed to listen like the Brazilian fella in London.

Sounds like he wasn't following vocal commands, reached into his bag and subsequently shot.

We'll see.

WABC radio is reporting that the suspect is dead. I guess he got what he asked for by pulling such a stupid stunt post 9/11.

Suspect is confirmed dead.

Possible a 44yr old U.S. citizen (male)

Some reports are suggesting he was Bi-polar and off his meds.

I was watching CNN cover this when they broke to an "eyewitness" that was on there when this happened. She was in the bathroom when this went down and said everything that happened she had been told about.

Planning on continue watching this but,thought I heard that a bomb or explosives had been found can anyone correct me on this?
