Changing Units

I'm currently getting my paperwork together to re-enlist with 19th Group, and I know I'm far from being at that point, but is it hard to go from National Guard to Active duty? From everything I've researched the NG's Readiness group does a really good job of prepping the SFAS candidates, but is it hard to go active once I've gotten my qualifications? Thanks for all your time.

nope, not hard at all....just sign the conditional release and it's done. Why would you want to waste the Guard's time and money though?
