...so the authors claim that my leadership style is most like the Terminator. Not sure I agree, but I'll have to wait until tomorrow to ask one of my interns.

Test might be a little off-
76% Unorthodox
71% Tactics
64% Guts
30% Ruthlessness
And I got ranked Edward I. The comment about winning at any cost doesn't really fit with the rather low ruthlessness... and Roguish Lawyer and I are inverse on Tactics and Ruthlessness, yet represent the same guy.
Oh well, entertainment value and all...

LOL, yah, actually I did it twice and changed very few answers. The other result was Wallace. So combining the descriptions of these two, Wallace is suggested to be Washington without brain.
Not sure I completely agree with these measurements.
