Thanks for replying. About running, my main question would be after completing a speed program, what is the recommended way to maintain the speed that I worked up to without the weekly stress that a speed program puts on the body? Its great that you and Stu are working together on this. I haven't read his book yet but have his and Dr. Maffetone's on order.
Also, regarding the rucking report, I was just interested to see any techniques or anything for that matter that would help my rucking that hasn't been mentioned on this site/ GET SELECTED or that my body hasn't already taught me.
