Running

Guys I don't want to bust your chops too hard. Young lady we know took her first PT test yesterday. Three(3) mile run 18 minutes.

The APFT has a two-mile run, not a three.

Pretty damned good. Consecutive six minute miles are good. I thought I was doing great getting my 220 lb. (1963) hulk around the ONE mile course in 5min 50 sec in basic with fatigue pants and combat boots.

IIRC we ran 5.5 minute miles in UWO, wearing shorts and sneakers.

Any way you look at it, it is respectable. It takes me eighteen minutes to get to my truck these days.

That's a very respectable run time. How many push-ups did she do?

That is a pretty impressive time although personally I believe that running is immoral.

Chicks who run fast have nice buns
I never know what the rest of them looks like though because the only view I ever get from them is when they go past my slow ass
