pull-ups.

when i go to the gym i do 12 pull-ups and then two sets up 10.

if i were to work until muscle exhaustion i would do about 16-20 pull-ups (last time i tried, i could do 20 in under 1 min)....but if i had to do a second set, i couldn't do anohter 12....

ie...i could do 20 in 1 min. but a second set (even of 12 or less) would be difficult...

so for SFAS and the Q, am i good? or should i move to the point that i can do several sets of 12? Any info appreciated.

Also...for those who have made it through the entire SF pipeline, what should my 'target' mile time be? 7 min? 6 min?

Also, beyond the timed mile runs...what should my CONSISTANT goal be? In other words, as opposed to my max best, what should my averages be? And yes, i am fully expecting it to be more than any published averages.

Thanks,

-Andrew,

You say you're a college gad, it's time to write like one. This is not a request.

Andrew, you really need to learn to use the Search button here, your questions (or similar ones) have been asked before.
