What with all of the unemployment that is rampant I would propose a return to the CCC of FDR days. While putting evacuees into camps such as Ft. Chafee they should do their own KP, post clean-up and even paint rocks like we did to earn their keep. There will be plenty of work to clean up the mess and re-construct. Pay for work done rather than for just being.

I fear that a terrible precedent was set with the multi-million dollar settlements given to survivors of the WTC. I said so then and I say so now.

I can almost agree that the rich white of 911 got millions and the poor minorities ain't getting shit. I said ALMOST!!!

Things have probably changed in 40 years but I remember when Germans were required to work for the State in order to receive any unemployment pay.
