Both teams are notorious for recruiting thugs and delinquents. (as was evidenced by the numerous personal fouls called during the game)
I don't really have a dog in that fight. However, I was pulling for FSU because Miami bailed on the Big East 2 years ago, screwing over Pitt. Also, FSU has lost the last 6 in that series, so seeing them win was alright.
After seeing that "defensive struggle", I have to admit that both of those teams are grossly overrated. FSU will not get far with those two QB's throwing wounded ducks. Miami's offensive line needs improvement if they want to see a major bowl.
