I guess they've been up for a few days now, but the green "Professional Soldiers" at the top, the green accent lines between segments and the color differentiation between areas of a post (Logged in user, Post Subject, Message Icon, vB Code, etc.)
It helps break up the screen and allows you to focus on certain areas. From a useability standpoint, it is good to go.
Maybe it was like this for several days and I just noticed? Won't be the first time.
