We do not know you, for all we know, you could be OBL himself.
Do not expect us to lay out any of the above programs for you. At the same time, I do not think that you would want us passing this info out freely to anyone who asked on the internet either.
It is also inherently dangerous, and those courses are reserved for specially selected SF soldiers. Trying to duplicate that training with other personnel is very risky.
If you want some info on those courses, the best way is to go through official channels.
