Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to all the Daddies both near and far away in distant lands.

"Be kind to thy father, for when thou wert young,
Who loved thee so fondly as he?
He caught the first accents that fell from thy tongue,
And joined in thy innocent glee."
-- Margaret Courtney

Thanks. Having kids makes me really appreciate those fathers with sons in harm's way. Happy Father's Day to them.

Thanks, Gypsy.

This one has felt like the first real one. It's the first time my daughter (3 yrs old) has actually participated.

She was really cute. She drew me a picture and made a bookmark from her craft book.

The wife got me a patio fire bowl: http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html...sin=B0000E660H

We spent the evening roasting marshmallows with the kids.

Good to be a Dad.
