Field manual for nerve blocks?

I need a good field manual for nerve blocks. I would like to have a weather proof version. Have anyone used:
"Landmarks for Peripheral Nerve Blocks"?

just got "Compendium of Regional Anaesthesia" for pda and it good, can get you a copy.
