We have a local company that makes a 3million scoville pepper sauce. They will not even sell it to the general public.

I've tried Dave's Insanity Sauce...good stuff. NEVER GET the popcorn they make, though. It's just popcorn with the sauce on it. Gross as hell. Popcorn is meant to have butter on it.

I once visited a specialty chile shop in Mesilla, New Mexico, that sold Habanero salsa. It was recommended to be eaten only sparingly. I bought a jar that lasted less then a month. Silly warnings.
