I do not think so. However you need the TC 23-14, the 1968 version.
What info do you need ont he M21? I used it for more years than I care to remember.
When we put the FM, you stated, together, we only mentioned the M21 system in passing in the Annexs on foreign and obsolete weapons system. You should have had some info there on the system.
