Proximal Row Carpectomy VS. 4 point fusion

I'm meeting with my surgeon on the 17th of September. I'm a paint and wallpaper contractor, still on the tools. Also, a competitive cyclist. I've received a good study on PRC from another member. I'm just reaching out for any feedback from others. Grateful. Cheers.
