WWII Bomb Detonated

Amazingly, they are still finding these things 80 years after the war.

This one looked to be at or a foot or so under the dock surface.

I think the bomb may be an ordinance that was left at the dock. One pic shows the lifting ring on the nose where the fuse should be.

Also, the BOOM seems larger than life. I think the EOD team strapped on more C4 than needed.

That blast did look pretty big. I was thinking they must have had pretty good bombs then. Strapping on a "tad" more C4 or so was probably the answer... That good 'ol "P" for plenty thing..
