Duh!
Too much wind and they came in from the wrong direction.
A couple of those landings looked fatal.

Commentors said the flag on the hill in the background was Honduran. I couldn't see it well enough to say.
Regardless of the country....they are going to need some new parachute demonstration guys.

Besides - the Ugandans all landed INSIDE the stadium
