I'd deploy the entire house of representatives armed with nothing but bull horns.
...then I'd make sure China saw a ewetoob video of the resulting chaos

I would first ask for volunteers to work a very technical Job that requires a'lot of taking photo's with a cell phone.
After recruiting effort would then hand all volunteers Joint Publication JP 4-06.
All GO's in all services would be required TDY to the theater in a field environment for the duration.
Required packing list below.
# Required
Leather gloves
E-tool
2-quart canteen
Box of masks 80 EA
Surgical Gloves 100 EA
Heavy Duty Trash Bags 80 EA
Cover All's three Sets
Boot's two
Over Boots two
* all other comfort items are optional

That won't work. They would be doomed without an L-shaped flashlight. Maybe a reflective belt also, but that is debatable.

And 3 MREs for the duration. It’s happened to my people. Those Fat F$&@ can go on a forced diet! Probably won’t help their understanding but might change their perspective at least a little. Our SM and our country deserve better leadership.

On a more serious note....
1. Substantial material and weapons support for the Ukrainian Army
2. Move the 2hd &3rd Armor Divisions to Poland, Hungary and Balkans in addition to the NATO forces already deployed.
Sending light infantry as is the current plan is a f'n joke.
I would pre-position forces west of Ukraine and dare Russia to invade. I'm betting the Ukrainian army could provide enough resistance that the Russian army would be stalled at the Dneiper River. NATO forces including the 2nd and 3rd Armored divisions would counter attack from the west to surround the Russian army and utterly destroy the dirty, rotten bastards. This plus real economic sanctions would set those sumbitches back 30 years and flip Xi JinPing the bird.
At least that's what I think Patton would do.

i hear ya TJ. hum, currently leadership in Pentagon would be hard pressed with your assessment. JMHO.
I could also guess current personnel and equipment status not combat ready!
Mostly due to covid and non-vaccinate have left the services.
