Tony Blair

[Solid]

Tony Blair visits the White House to meet with George Bush over the WMD problem. While there, George and Tony get talking about their advisors. Eventually, George presses a red button on his desk and summons Colin Powell.
"You wanted to see me, George?"
"Tony" George says, "Tony, look how smart Colin is" He turns to Powell. "Colin- Your mother gave birth to a child, and it isn't your brother or your sister... who is it?"
Colin pauses for a second before confidently replying "If my mother gave birth to a child and it isn't my brother or my sister, it must have been me."
Tony is taken aback, and returns to England stunned. When he arrives, he summons Gordon Brown by telephone.
"Gordon," starts Tony "I've just come back from America, and I George showed me the most wonderful thing!"
"And what was that, Tony?" replies Brown.
"Well, okay: if your mother gave birth to a child and it wasn't your brother or your sister, who was it?"
There's a long pause on the other end of the line before: "Tony, look, I'm sorry, but I'm not up to date on intelligence right now, I'll have to consult Geoff Hoon." He hangs up.

The next day, Hoon and Brown arrive at 10 Downing Street with fabulous news.
"Tony!" yells Brown, ectatic "I know the answer to your question"
"That's marvellous! Out with it, man!"
So, Brown and Hoon step inside, followed closely by Blunkett.
Tony starts: "So, if your mother gave birth to a child, and its not your brother or your sister, who was it?"
Blunkett smiles confidently. "Tony, that's easy- the child's Lord Hutton!"
Tony looks at the three for a second, dumbfounded by their stupidity.
"No, you idiot!" he sputters...
"It's Colin Powell!!"
