MSG Ed Ziobron (then SGT) will receive the DSC for actions under combat while assigned to MACV-SOG in November 1970. The ceremony will take place at Bldg. 405, Fort Myers, VA, 1400 hours on 11 Feb 05.

I don't know Cap, but I would guess so. AM was there just a couple of years before that and he's older than dirt.
